Your pack shipment

Please note - only  in rare cases will we post out Royalex boats, and when we do it is at your own risk.

Packages are generally dispatched the following day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Nightfreght or Royal mail on an overnight shipment or 3 day service for boats meaning it will usually be at most 5 days. Orders recieved on Friday afternoon Saturday or Sunday will go out on Monday. If you want a special saturday delivery (at extra cost) or have any other quieries please call 01981 580555 or e mail info@hbcanoekayak.co.uk.

Due to the wrapping involved with canoes, these do not generally go out next day meaning that delivery may be closer to 7 days. We also strongly recommend you check all deliveries well before signing for them, so any damage that might have occurred can be compensated for by the couriers. There will be no responsibility for not signing for an item taken by the courier or ourselves - therefore if goods are not signed for, nothing can be done.

We only deliver within the UK, and if you are somewhere like the channel islands or the highlands, please call before ordering, because as you are probably aware there are always surcharges, and we want you to be aware of this.
