Hi Pip and Paul
Having been too busy in recent weeks, Dorothy and I finally got out on
the canal this morning. It was brilliant! I felt confident straight
away and was able to concentrate on learning to paddle rather than
gripping the sides with fear. We then swopped over and Dorothy found
it easy and great fun to paddle. Next time we’ll try both of us in the
boat and gradually build up experience.

Thanks for pointing us in the direction of the Guide - it was
obviously the perfect choice.

Hi Pip and Paul,
Just a quick email to thank you both following our recent purchase of two kayaks and accessories from you. You were both very knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful.  A true testament to a successful business!

We have used our kayaks on Llangorse Lake and the River Wye. Next stop………’The Big Blue!!’ All we need now is full wet suits as oppossed to shorties(to cut down on wind chill).

Paul,
Many thanks for your time and help on Saturday in choosing
canoe/paddle/dry trousers etc.
I’m not sure if we talked about colour when I was ordering the OK
Prowler Trident 15 so just wanted to clarify that I was after a yellow
yak (going to be used in the sea so the most visible).

Just for a bit of customer feedback…I have quite a number of Canoe
retailers around me closer than yourselves but you are the first place
I’ve found with such a large range of equipment and boats actually in
stock and, more importantly, the facility to try out boats before a
purchase. You were friendly and helpful and, despite the distance,
you’ve earned a new customer for life!
